of morning accolades, lunchtime drama and pleasant surprises

1. PT wonders out loud, "How did you manage those marks for your last exams?" I laugh and tell him that's exactly what i wonder about.

2. On the way to Medan, A says that Malaysian skies are always cloudy and blue. I look up and realise that i've been taking a simple beauty for granted all this while.

3. I chat with P about high school on the way back. I am still thinking about it; i am still missing it.

i know this is one place u will look everyday =P i'm loving this blog of urs. makes me think about the beauty in each of my days too. here's my take on today:

1. clutching a freshly baked strawberry honey muffin in a paper bag, i take n east stroll in on a gorgeous winter morning.

2. HL and CY smile as they find me hunched at our favourite study spot at halgrave andrew. we're glad for each other's company once more... S is late as usual.

3. the cold winter breeze picks up its speed as i walk home in the dim evening, whipping my now long hair into a big mess but i don't care, its fierceness makes me feel like i'm more alive.

ooooh! i'm enjoying this! maybe u have just inspired me to keep a blog like this. =P

anyways, i wanted to tell u, there's an exam breakdown, just in case u guys don't have it,

Theme 1 10%
Theme 2 15%
Theme 4 10%
Theme 3:
Pharm/immunology/micro - 15%
Anatomy - 15%
Cell bio/biochem/genetics - 25%

oh n apparently andrew beveridge the dude who will be setting the questions on antibiotics is infamous for his crazy EMQs, almost 10 marks there. basically matching a whole bunch of antibiotics with a whole bunch of mechanisms/side effects/pharmacokinetics. so study ur antibiotics as if ur life depended on it. haha.. not that bad la but u get the point. erm... other than that, any tips on ur side?

see u soon!!!

Haha, too true, im here everyday (almost). sometimes life is just full of the negatives, you know? the challenge is looking for the positive in a bad day. hehe.

thanks a lot!!!wow didnt expect 15% for anatomy, based on our classes so far i think it'd be fairer to have 5%. =_=

i don't have any tips on my side, i was never any good at getting them... LOL. there was a rumour about all of theme 3 stuff being MCQs, but i think that can't be right...right?

hey! haha.. i got tired of studying.. actually just felt restless so i dropped by to see if u replied. anyways, YES! all of theme 3 is MCQ or EMQ (extended matching questions) so there's no writing for theme 3.. now u can breathe easier. nyehehe. ok, back to my notes. oh n btw, there's a slight problem with the breakdown. it doesn't add up to 100%. will give u the updated one asap when i have it. i'll just post it here la.

Haha thanks waiwai! My friend says globalisation of antibiotic resistance may come out. And my senior says the ABCDE for melanoma came out as an SAQ last year.
